Competed five times during the regular season, setting her personal best in the 400 Meters with her time of 56.15 at the Arkansas Spring Invitational… Put down another massive PR, this time in the 800 Meters at the Arkansas Twilight with her time of 2:06.52… Competed in the 800 Meters at both the Big 12 Indoor Championships and NCAA West Prelims.
2025 Indoors
Kicked off the 2025 indoor campaign with a fourth-place finish in the 600 Yards at the DeLoss Dodds Invitational… Competed three more times during the indoor season before setting a massive personal best in the 600 Yards at the Big 12 Indoor Championships with her mark of 1:20.55… Earned All-Big 12 honors as a member of the Cowgirl DMR for the second straight year.
2024 Outdoors
Opened her outdoor career with a pair of victories at the Arkansas Spring Invitational in the 800 Meters and 4x400 Meter Relay… Ran a personal-best time of 2:07.90 in the 800 Meters and won the 4x400 at the Arkansas Twilight in May… Competed at her first Big 12 Outdoor Championships, placing 18th overall in the 800 Meters.
2024 Indoors
Competed six times for the Cowgirls during her inaugural indoor season… In just her second career meet, Grant ran the third-fastest 600 Meter time in program history with her mark of 1:30.95 at the Arkansas Invitational in January… Ran personal bests in the 200 and 400 Meters two weeks later at the Razorback Invitational… At the Big 12 Indoor Championships, Grant earned All-Big 12 honors in the 600 Yards with an eighth-place finish as she ran the fifth-fastest time in program history of 1:21.31… Also earned All-Big 12 Honors as the 400 Meter leg of the Distance Medley Relay squad that finished second overall…
High School
Attended Sandy Creek High School in Tyrone, Georgia… Lettered all four years in track and was a three-time state champion… Owns the Georgia Indoor and Outdoor state records in the 800 Meters.
