2025 Outdoors
Set a pair of personal bests during the outdoor season, clocking a time of 17:33.05 in the 5K at the John Jacobs Invitational and 4:34.49 in the 1,500 Meters at the Arkansas Twilight.
2025 Indoors
Set a new personal best in the Mile with her time of 5:08.75 to open her indoor campaign at the Arkansas Invitational… Followed that up with another personal best in the 3,000 Meters of 9:51.96 two weeks later at the Razorback Invitational.
2024 Cross Country
Ran a pair of personal bests in her first two meets of the season with her times of 10:59.1 (3K) and 22:22.6 (6K) at the Cowboy Preview and Cowboy Jamboree, respectively.
2024 Outdoors
Opened her season with a third-place finish in the Steeplechase at the Arkansas Spring Invitational… Ran a personal-best time of 4:46.29 in the 1,500 Meters at the John McDonnell Invitational.
2024 Indoors
Placed fifth at the DeLoss Doods Invitational and eighth at the Arkansas Qualifier in the 3,000 Meters.
2023 Cross Country
Competed in the Cowboy Preview, placing 40th overall.
2023 Outdoors
Armstrong kicked off her career in orange and black at four meets during the outdoor season… Competed in two separate events, setting personal bests of 4:49.58 in the 1,500 Meters and 11:16.96 in the Steeplechase.
2022 Cross Country
Ran unattached in the Cowboy Jamboree and Weis-Crockett Invitational, finishing the 6K races in 23:09.9 and 23:00.7, respectively.
High School
Attended Lovejoy High School in Lucas, Texas… Lettered all four years in cross country and track and field… Was an All-District honoree and a 5A Team State Champion in 2021… Also played soccer.
