2013 Outdoors: Was an All-Big 12 performer, taking sixth place in the 1,500 meters, running a 3:50.00 ... Ran a 3:44.59 in the 1,500 meters at the Mt. SAC Relays, finishing 11th. Qualified for the 1,500 meters at the NCAA West Preliminary, but had to leave the race due to injury.
2013 Indoors: Earned All-America honors running as part of Oklahoma State's Distance Medley Relay team that placed sixth at NCAAs in 9:35.55 ... That same relay squad set a school record when it clocked a 9:28.38 at the Alex Wilson Last Chance Meet ... Big 12 runner-up in the 1,000 meters, running that race in a personal-best 2:23.00 ... That mark was No. 2 all-time at Oklahoma State ... Was one of five Cowboys to run a sub-four-minute mile during the 2013 indoor season, clocking a personal-best 3:57.79 at the Husky Classic ... That mark was second in school history ... Hit a second sub-four-minute mile when he crossed the finish line in 3:59.85 at the NCAA prelims ... He advanced to the finals but pulled out of the race due to injury.
2012 Cross Country: Did not compete.
2012 Outdoors: Competed at the European Championships, where he placed 16th in the 1,500 meter semfinals ... All-Big 12 performer in the 1,500 meters ... Ran the 15th-fastest time in the nation during the regular season when he clocked a personal-best 3:41.14 at the USA Track & Field High Performance Meet in Los Angeles ... That time ranks fifth all-time at Oklahoma State and qualified him for the European Championships ... Was fifth at the conference meet in 3:44.08 ... Competed at the NCAA West Preliminary Rounds, but did not advance through to the NCAA Championships after placing 14th in the quarterfinal.
2012 Indoors: Was the only Cowboy to score at the NCAA Championships after running a 4:02.90 in the mile to place eighth and be named a first-team All-American ... Earned all-Big 12 recognition after placing third in the 1,000-meter run finals with a time of 2:24.60 at the conference meet ... Placed first in the preliminary round of the 1K at the Big 12 Championships, finishing in 2:23.90, which is the third-best time in OSU history ... Set the third best mile time in OSU history with a 3:58.94 effort at the Tyson Invitational ... Ran as a member of the distance medley relay team that placed ninth at the Big 12 Championships ... Notched a second place finish in the 1,000 meters at the KSU invite with a time of 2:25.05 ... Placed third in the invitational mile run at the Razorback Invite after running a 4:01.05.
2011 Cross Country: Did not compete.
2011 Outdoors: Ranked 21st on the national list in the 1,500 meters with a 3:42.68 that he ran at the Payton Jordan Cardinal Invitational ... Ran at three other meets as well, posting 1,500-meter times of 3:44.57 at the Mt. SAC Relays and 4:20.86 at the Tulsa Duels ... Did not finish his 1,500-meter race at the John McDonnell Invitational ... Finished in seventh place in the 1,500 meters at the Big 12 Outdoor Championship with a time of 3:49.62 ... Ran a 3:50.53 in the 1,500 meters in the first round of the NCAA West Preliminary rounds to finish 37th.
2011 Indoors: Ran the eighth-fastest indoor 800-meter time ever at Oklahoma State with a 1:51.43 at the Razorback Invitational ... Competed as part of the Cowboy distance medley relay team that placed fifth at the Big 12 Championships in 9:52.59 ... Was timed at 1:14.62 in the 600 yard run at the Kansas State Invitational ... Ran the 1,000 meters in 2:26.20 at the J.D. Martin Invitational.
2010 Cross Country: Did not compete.
2010 Outdoors: Suited up for three races during the outdoor season, clocking a 3:44.01 in the 1,500 meters at the Arkansas Twilight Meet ... Ran a 1:50.47 800 meters at the John McDonnell Invitational.
2010 Indoors: Earned all-Big 12 honors in the 800 meters with a fifth-place finish at the conference meet ... While his 1:51.05 at the Big 12 Championships was good for team points at the event, it was not his best mark of the season as he clocked a personal-best 1:49.22 at the Alex Wilson Invitational the following week for a time that ranks fourth in school history ... Hit an NCAA provisional time when he ran the mile in 4:00.73 at the Husky Classic.
2009 Cross Country: Did not compete.
Prior to OSU: Ran the 1,500 meters for Romania at the University Games in Belgrade in 2009 ... Competed in the 800 meters for Romania in the 2007 European Junior Championships ... Ran for coach Pop Gabriel.
