         2012 Cross Country: Earned most every prominent award there is to win        during the cross country season in helping lead Oklahoma State to Big 12 and NCAA team        titles ... Earned All-America status for the first time in his career with a 24th-place        finish at the NCAA Championships in 29:48.8 ... Took 16th at the Big 12 Championships in        24:21.2 to earn a spot on the all-conference squad and was 12th at the NCAA Midwest        Regional to secure all-region honors after running the regional race in 30:36.69 ... Earned        a spot on both the first-team Academic All-Big 12 squad and the USTFCCCA's All-Academic        team ... Third-place finisher at the Cowboy Jamboree in 24:35.29.

         2011 Cross Country: Suited up twice for the Cowboys ... Helped lead the        Cowboys to their fourth-straight conference championship as he finished 14th with a time of        24:07.7, earning him all-Big 12 recognition for the second-straight year ... Placed 96th at        the NCAA Championships with a time of 30:46.6.
        
         2011 Outdoors: Suited up for two races during the outdoor slate, with his        lone mark a 14:48.02 in the 5,000 meters at the John McDonnell Invitational ... Did not        finish the 10,000 meters at the Stanford Invitational ... Ran the 10,000 meters during the        Big 12 Outdoor Championships, finishing in 21st place with a time of 31:58.74.
        
         2011 Indoors: Finished only one race during the indoor slate, recording        an 8:16.74 in the 3,000 meters at the Husky Classic.
        
         2010 Cross Country: Was a regular in the lineup for the NCAA-champion        Cowboys, suiting up for six races ... Earned his first career all-Big 12 honor with a        ninth-place finish at the 8,000-meter conference meet in 24:34.37 ... Best 10,000-meter        time of the season was a 30:26.98 that was good for a 19th-place finish at the Midwest        Regional Championships ... Ran the 10K Chile Pepper Festival in 30:33.43 to place 41st and        the NCAA Championships in 30:45.0 to take 66th in the country ... Coach Dave Smith gave        Manilafasha substantial praise for his work at the NCAA Championships ... Was solid at the        8K Cowboy Jamboree, running a 25:00.51 to place ninth ... Opened the season with an        11th-place finish at the four-mile Hurricane Invitational in 20:13.
        
         2010 Outdoors: Showed versatility by running every distance event during        his first outdoor season at the collegiate level ...Ran the 3,000 meters in 8:41.92 at the        John Jacobs Invitational and ran the 5,000 meters in 14:41.76 at the Stanford Invitational        ... Suited up for the 10,000 meters at the Big 12 Championships, but did not finish the        race.
        
         2010 Indoors: Competed at four meets during the indoor slate ... Ran the        mile in 4:27.89 at the Wichita State Invitational ... Timed at 8:35.16 in the 3,000 meters        at the Razorback Invitational ... Season-best 5,000-meter time was a 14:24.70 at the Husky        Classic ... Also turned in a 14:56.65 at the Big 12 Championships to place 18th.

Boasted a grade-point average above 4.0 in high school and was a member of the National        Honor Society.
        
         Personal: Born Jan. 1, 1991 in Bunbanza, Burundi ... Son of Generuse        Ntirampeba ... Has six brothers and two sisters ... Plans to major in international studies        with a goal of doing humanitarian work ...
