2025 Outdoors
Appeared at seven meets during the outdoor campaign… Finished as the runner-up in the 400 Meter Hurdles at the John Jacobs Invitational before winning the Arkansas Spring Invitational one week later with his time of 52.42… Scored team points for the Cowboys at the Oregon Team Invitational in the 110 Hurdles with his personal-best mark of 15.22… At the Big 12 Outdoor Championships, Vaughn clocked a new PR in the 400 Hurdles with his time of 51.87.

2025 Indoors
Competed three times in each of his first two meets in the 60 Meter Hurdles… At the Steve Miller Invitational, Vaughn broke the school record in the 60 Meter Hurdles with his time of 8.03 in the final.
