2021: Named to the Big 12 All-Freshman Team … made 22 appearances, third most on the staff, with a pair of starts … was 2-0 with 21 strikeouts in 13 1/3 IP in Big 12 play … recorded win in collegiate debut with four strikeouts in three shutout innings vs. Wichita State (2/22) … picked up a win vs. West Virginia (4/3) … struck out three in a scoreless inning vs. Texas (4/24) … struck out career-best seven and allowed just one hit in three scoreless frames to earn a win vs. Baylor (5/14).
HIGH SCHOOL: An all-state performer at Asher High School … went 6-3 with a 1.72 ERA as a senior during the fall 2019 season … posted 120 strikeouts and just 27 walks in 58 1/3 innings … during his junior spring season in 2019 he went 8-2 with 120 strikeouts in 57 innings … also played basketball.
