2018 Indoors: Kept his success rolling with a Big 12 championship in the 3,000 meters… Qualified for the 5,000 meters final and took third, earning him another All-America honor… Ran a personal best 13:41.91in the 5,000 meters at the Husky Classic… Won the 3,000 meters at the Razorback Invitational in 8:15.03.
2017 Cross Country: Raced five times for the Cowboys, including all three postseason meets… Claimed an individual conference title with a win at the Big 12 Cross Country Championships… Continued his postseason success at the NCAA Midwest Regional, where he placed second with a time of 29:11.3… Opened his season with a runner-up finish at the Cowboy Jamboree… Finished 47th at the NCAA Championships, which was the best finish of any OSU runner that season.
2017 Outdoors: Ran three times in the regular season... Earned a qualifying time in the 10,000 meters with a 28:54.86 in his debut at the Stanford Invitational... Competed twice at the Big 12 Championships and earned All-Big 12 honors in the 5,000 meters and the 10,000 meters... Made it to the West Regional and took 11th in the 10,000 meters, which sent him to Eugene, Oregon, for the NCAA Championships.
2017 Indoors: Suited up three times for the Cowboys... Ran the 3,000 and 5,000 meters... Earned All-Conference honors at the Big 12 Championships with his second place finish in both the 3,000 and 5,000 meters... Ran a personal best in the 3,000 meters at the Husky Classic with a time of 8:00.84.
2016 Cross Country: Made four appearances for the Cowboys... He was the Cowboys highest finisher at the NCAA Championships... Took 16th and eared First-Team All-America...Finished fourth at the Midwest Regional and earned All-Region... Finished third at the Big 12 Championships and picked up All-Conference honors while helping lead his team to its ninth consecutive Big 12 title...He was also named Big 12 Runner of the Year.
2016 Outdoors: (At South Plains) Added three more All-America honors to his collection and his fourth at the Outdoor NJCAA Championships… Finished third in the 1,500, fourth in the 5,000 and runner-up in the 10,000 for the second consecutive season.
2016 Indoors: (At South Plains) Scored three All-America honors at the NJCAA Championship… Finished runner-up in both the 3,000-and 5,000-meter runs… Took sixth in the mile... Won two 5,000-meter races during the regular season and the 3,000-meter run at the DeLoss Dodds Invitational.
2015 Cross Country: (At South Plains) took fifth at the NJCAA Championships… Finished ninth at the Cowboy Jamboree and won two events including the ACU Wildcats Invitational and Billy Libby/McMurry University Cross Country Invitational.
2015 Outdoors: (At South Plains) Moved up to the 10,000-meter run for the Outdoor Championships… Finished runner-up in his first NJCAA Outdoor final… Won the 5,000-meter run at the West Texas A&M Twilight.
2015 Indoors: (At south Plains) Finished 14th at the NJCAA Championships in the 5,000-meter run… Opened the season with a second-place finish at the Texas Tech Indoor in the 5,000.
