Rookie Ollie Gordon II (Fort Worth, TX/Euless Trinity) picked up the first touchdown of his professional career Thursday as his Miami Dolphins narrowly fell 31-21 to their AFC East division-rival Buffalo Bills. The 2025 sixth-round pick produced 9 rushes for 38 yards, career-highs in both statistics. Gordon and the Dolphins are set for a Monday Night Football matchup against the New York Jets this week, with kickoff scheduled for 6:15 p.m. CDT.

Steelers fourth-year running back Jaylen Warren showcased his workhorse abilities in a 21-14 win over the New England Patriots on Sunday, turning a career-high 23 touches into 81 total yards. Warren has received 54 touches through the Steelers' first three games of the season, fully stepping up as the team's lead back. Warren, alongside former Poke Mason Rudolph, and the Steelers take on the Minnesota Vikings next Sunday, 8:30 a.m. CDT, in the first ever NFL regular season game held in Dublin, Ireland.
