Series History: Cowboys and Red Raiders meet again

STILLWATER – Oklahoma State and Texas Tech will meet for the 52nd time on Saturday in a series that dates back to 1935.
The series is tied at 24-24-3, however, OSU has won 12 of the past 15 overall meetings in the series, as well as six of the past seven games in Lubbock. The Red Raiders hold a 13-8-2 series advantage in games played in Lubbock.
The last meeting in Lubbock between the teams was a 23-0 shutout victory for OSU that clinched the Cowboys' spot in the 2021 Big 12 Championship. It was the first shutout for OSU on the road since 1995, and the first time TTU had been shut out since 1997. Spencer Sanders threw for 239 yards and a touchdown, and added a rushing touchdown, and OSU kicker Tanner Brown drilled three field goals in the win.
OSU interim head coach Doug Meacham is in his first season as a head coach, and TTU head coach Joey McGuire is 1-1 in his career against the Pokes.
Kickoff is set for 3 p.m. CT on Saturday at Jones AT&T Stadium in Lubbock, Texas, with the game set to be broadcast on ESPNU and carried live on the Cowboy Radio Network.
