NORMAN, Okla. – Oklahoma State track & field travels to Norman, Okla., this weekend to compete in the Big 12 Outdoor Track & Field Championships Friday, May 12, through Sunday, May 14.
Overall, the Cowboys and Cowgirls have won three of the four Big 12 championships contested so far this year, with the women's cross country and track & field program looking to become the first school in the Big 12 era to complete the conference triple crown on the women's side.
On the men's side, the Cowboys return a pair of Big 12 Champions outdoors in Alex Maier (5,000 Meters) and Fouad Messaoudi (1,500 Meters). Both distance runners will attempt to defend their Big 12 titles this weekend.
