Cowboy Football Game at Troy to be Televised on ESPN2
March 19, 2007 | Cowboy Football
The 2007 Oklahoma State football team, with 18 starters returning from a bowl team, figures to have a much higher profile during the 2007 season.
An early indication of that is television. The Cowboys' road game at Troy has been moved to Sept. 14 (Friday night) and will be televised by ESPN2, beginning at 7 p.m., the cable family of networks has announced.
The Oklahoma State-Troy contest is one of a handful of 2007 games in which television plans have already been finalized. Television for the remainder of the schedule, including OSU's opener at Georgia, will be made at a later date.
Five of the Cowboys' final six games of the 2006 season were televised, including an ESPN appearance in the PetroSun Independence Bowl victory over Alabama.
