Cowboys Complete Play At John Burns Intercollegiate

HONOLULU, Hawaii. - Oklahoma State's men's golf team wrapped up play at the John Burns Intercollegiate with a third-round score of 280, moving them into a tie for 10th place.
The Cowboys' eight-under-par score dropped them to a five-over total of 869 for the tournament.
Individually, three players, Anders Hultman, Matt McQuillan and Boyd Summerhays, carded scores under par on Friday. Hultman fired a 67 on Friday to finish in a three-way tie for fourth place at 10-under, while McQuillan shot a one-under score of 71 to finish in a tie for 51st at five-over-par.
Summerhays made the biggest move of the day for the Cowboys. Sitting in 90th place after the second round with scores of 78 and 76, Summerhays tallied a three-under-par score of 69 to move into a tie for 64th.
P?r Nilsson recorded his second consecutive 73 to finish at 6-over-par and in a tie for 57th place.
Peter Davidson rounded out the OSU lineup with a three-day total of 231, 15-over-par, after shooting a final-round score of 80 on Friday.
The sixth-ranked Cowboys will be back in action on March 9 when they travel to Las Vegas for the Las Vegas Intercollegiate.
