Represents her native country of Norway on the international stage… Most recently, Isman won the 2025 Norwegian Championship in the Heptathlon… In 2024, Isman won both the Norwegian U20 and Nordic Combined Events Championships in the Heptathlon and was second in the Pentathlon at the U20 Norwegian Indoor Combined Events Championships… Qualified for the 2024 U20 World Championships in the Heptathlon.

Opened her career in a Cowgirl uniform competing in three events at the Clyde Hart Classic, with her best result being a fourth-place finish in the Javelin Throw… Set her personal best of 14.35 in the 100 Meter Hurdles one week later at the ORU Invitational… Completed her first Heptathlon at the Jim Click Shootout, taking home a fifth-place finish with a personal-best score of 5,125 points that included personal bests in the 200 Meters and High Jump… At the Big 12 Outdoor Championships in Kansas, Isman earned All-Big 12 honors with her eighth-place finish at 5,099 points.
