2025 Outdoors
Had yet another breakout season outdoors during the 2025 campaign, winning the Jim Click Shootout Heptathlon with a personal-best score of 5,641 points, which was over 200 points better than her previous best… For her performance, Molenhouse was named Big 12 Women’s Track & Field Athlete of the Week with her mark leading the NCAA at the time, becoming the sixth Cowgirl in program history to win the award outdoors… Set a new Long Jump personal best with her leap of 5.82 meters at the Oregon Open… Helped the Cowgirls score 14 points at the Oregon Team Invitational competing in the 100 Meter Hurdles and 4x400 Meter Relay… Broke her personal records in the High Jump (1.68m) and Shot Put (12.88m) in the next two meets, respectively… At the Big 12 Outdoor Championships in Kansas, Molenhouse won her first Big 12 title in the Heptathlon with a personal-best score of 5,729 points, winning by nearly 200 points overall… During the competition, she won the 200 Meters and the Shot Put, with her wind-aided 200 time of 23.73 being a new personal best in the Heptathlon… Molenhouse was the first Cowgirl in program history to win a Big 12 in the multi-events, with her score moving her up to third in program history… Competed at the NCAA West Prelims in the 4x400 Meter Relay, narrowly missing nationals by one spot as the team ran the third-fastest mark in OSU history of 3:34.40… Qualified for the NCAA Championships in the Heptathlon, earning second team All-America honors with her score of 5,669 points, setting new PRs in the Javelin and 100 Meter Hurdles in the process.

2025 Indoors
Opened her senior indoor season competing in three separate events at the Arkansas Invitational, placing third in the 60 Meter Hurdles… Completed her first full Pentathlon of the season at the DeLoss Dodds Invitational, hitting a massive PR with 4,084 points, which put her fourth on the program’s all-time list… Earned All-Big 12 honors for the first time indoors with her fifth-place finish in the Pentathlon as she scored 3,989 points at the conference meet, including a new personal best in the 60 Meter Hurdles with a time of 8.65 seconds.

2024 Outdoors
Competed at six meets during her outdoor campaign… Finished her first full Hep of the season at the Jim Click Shootout with a personal best in the event with a score of 5,368 points and a fifth-place finish… Set new personal bests in the 800 Meters and Long Jump at the John McDonnell Invitational with marks of 2:17.70 and 5.51 meters, respectively… Dropped another personal best in the Shot Put at the Arkansas Twilight with a toss of 12.60 meters… Earned her second consecutive All-Big 12 honor in the Heptathlon with a seventh-place score of 5,410 points, which ranks third in program history.

Continued her breakout into the 2024 indoor season… Completed her first full Pentathlon at the Razorback Invitational with a score of 3,748 points… Competed at the Big 12 Indoor Championships, placing tenth overall scoring 3,780 points, which ranks fourth in program history.

2023 Outdoors
Broke out during her inaugural outdoor season… Finished her first full Heptathlon at the Jim Click Shootout in Arizona, scoring 4,878 points… At the Big 12 Outdoor Championships, Molenhouse earned All-Big 12 honors for the first time with her seventh-place finish in the Hep, scoring 5,180 points which puts her fourth in program history.

Competed in four indoor meets and completed two Pentathlons… Kicked off her season with a third-place finish in the Pentathlon at the Kansas State Winter Invite… Earned another third-place finish in the Pentathlon at the Wichita State Herm Wilson Invitational.

2022 Indoors
Appeared in three meets during her debut track and field season... Competed in four individual events before putting it all together for her first collegiate Pentathlon at the Herm Wilson Invitational, where she earned a fifth-place finish with 2,828 points overall.

Attended Rosary High School in Aurora, Ill… Lettered all four years in Cross Country and Track and Field and three years in Basketball… Was named Academic All-Conference all four years.
