STILLWATER — Oklahoma State remained undefeated on the season with a 3-0 victory against Kennesaw State Thursday night at Neal Patterson Stadium.

Grace Yochum and Charmé Morgan collected goals for 14^th-ranked OSU as the Cowgirls won their sixth-straight match and improved to 7-0-1. Kennesaw State falls to 5-3 on the season.

OSU goalkeepers Dani Greenlee and Hannah Warner combined for a clean sheet, the Cowgirls' sixth shutout of the season; OSU has not allowed a goal in five home games on the year.

The Cowgirls found the net early against KSU when Morgan scored in the seventh minute. The junior made a run up the right wing and weaved through two Owl defenders before placing a shot far post to put OSU up 1-0.

The Cowgirls extended their lead to 2-0 in the 24^th minute. After a shot by Yochum caromed off the near post, Hannah Webb delivered a shot of her own that was saved by Tiffany Sornpao. But the KSU goalie could not control the ball, and Yochum was there for the putback.

Four minutes later, Yochum found the net again off a pristine through ball from midfielder Jaci Jones. The score marked Yochum's fourth goal of the season, while Jones collected her fifth assist.

The Owls responded out of halftime with several good attacks but were no match for the Cowgirl defense, which allowed just three second-half shots.

OSU finished the match with a 14-7 advantage in shots, while each team recorded four corner kicks.

The Cowgirls return to action Sunday at 1 p.m. against SMU at Patterson Stadium before traveling to Lubbock, Texas, to take on Texas Tech in next Thursday's Big 12 Conference opener.
