Season Ticket ownership rights for the most part are not transferable, except for rare circumstances between immediate family members. These cases must be approved by the OSU Athletic Ticket Manager. Who needs a ticket for admission into a game?
For Football and Men's Basketball everyone must have a ticket, regardless of age. For all other events those 2 and under will be allowed in for free.
When will my season tickets be mailed out?
Season tickets will be mailed approximately 2 to 3 weeks prior to the start of the season. Single game tickets will be mailed no later than 7 days prior to the game.
I bought individual tickets to an OSU Athletic event and I'm waiting for them to be mailed to me. When should I expect them?
Tickets are typically mailed out 7-10 days prior to that particular event. If tickets are not ordered within that 7-10 day time frame, the tickets will be held in the office for “will-call”. If you have ordered tickets for more than one event at the same time, you may not receive the tickets for both events at the same time in the mail. Typically, each event has its own separate mailing. If you have any concerns regarding your order, contact the OSU Ticket Office at 877-255-4678 or 405-744-5745.
What credit cards may I use to pay for my tickets?
Visa, MasterCard, and American Express are accepted for internet, phone, and window ticket transactions.
Why are there processing fees for purchasing tickets?
Fees that patrons pay when purchasing season or single game tickets are used to assist the Athletics Department in the processing of ticket orders and online services. Fees help defray the cost of ticket delivery, online processing, credit card processing, phone charges, and printing. Currently the Athletics Department tries to cover approximately 50% of these costs through per-ticket fees and order charges.
What happens if my tickets are lost, stolen, forgotten or destroyed?
If your tickets are lost, forgotten or destroyed, the Season Ticket Holder whose name is on account may request duplicate tickets for free. If tickets are stolen, please provide a police report and tickets will be duplicated at no charge. Please note that any duplicated ticket issued will supersede the original for seating in the venue. Those using original tickets when duplicates have been issued will be questioned and escorted to the exit.
