Curry undergoes exploratory knee surgery

JamesOn Curry, Oklahoma State's lone returning starter from a year ago, underwent a diagnostic arthroscopy on his left knee Monday afternoon, it was announced today by the Cowboy Basketball program. Curry will undergo 2-3 weeks of rehabilitation and is expected to make a full recovery prior to preseason conditioning.
Curry averaged 9.4 points and 2.8 assists per game last season, starting 15 of the final 16 contests. He was named to the Big 12 all-freshman team, and participated in USA Basketball's Under-21 National team trials earlier this summer. He is the lone returning starter from last year's 26-7 and Sweet 16 squad, and will be joined by three lettermen and eight newcomers this season.
