Bill Teegins, 48, the play-by-play voice of the OSU basketball and football broadcasts and sports director of KWTV in Oklahoma City. He was named Oklahoma Sportscaster of the Year six times. This was Teegin's 11th season with the Cowboys. He had been with KWTV 13 years.
