2012 Season Ticket Renewal Deadline

Tuesday, May 1st
Remember to renew by May 1st. Late renewals can result in a loss of priority and/or seat location. In order to renew your season tickets, please sign up for convenient payment plans or pay in full online, over the phone, or by mail.

Renew Season Tickets & Donations Online

1. Go to OSU's official ticket website at www. okstate. com/tickets.
2. Login to your OSU Athletics Account. (Please note if you are renewing your season tickets, you have an active account with OSU. There is no need to create a new account. ) Your Username will be your email address on file or your Tickets/POSSE account number. Your password is either your original ticket office issued password or one you have changed online.
3. Once you are in your account, you will be able to see your invoice. Click “Pay Now” to begin the checkout process. Select your preferred payment plan or pay in full. After submitting your renewal and payment, you will see a confirmation screen indicating the successful completion of your order. Please print for your records
4. If you followed the steps above and did not get the final confirmation screen, please contact the Oklahoma State Ticket Office at 877-ALL-4-OSU to check on the status of your order.

2012 Home Game Schedule
The 2012 home schedule will be posted as soon as it is finalized.

Season Ticket Seat Relocation
The seat relocation will be handled electronically using the Boone Pickens Stadium Virtual Venue for the 2012 season. The Virtual venue can be toured at:

You will need your email or account number, and your athletic department/POSSE password. The steps you need to complete for seat relocation are:

1. Begin payment on all of your seats that you want to renew or purchase for the 2012 season. If you do not begin payment on one or more of your seats, you will not be eligible to move those seats.
2. Current POSSE members will receive a time slot when you will be able to electronically move your seats. Seat relocation times are based on POSSE rank and previous season ticket holder status. Keep an eye out for more information regarding the seat relocation process in the upcoming weeks.

*You must be a current POSSE member to participate in the seat relocation process.

One-Time Payment:
Payment by cash, check. Or credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express).

Season Ticket Payments Plans & Deadlines:

• 6 Month (Sign up by Jan 31st)
• 5 Month (Feb. 1st)
• 4 Month (Mar. 1st)
• 3 Month (Apr. 1st)

*If you participate in the 6 month plan, your first payment will come out at the time you sign up and your second payment will come out the first of February.

Payment plans are by credit card only. Charges will be automatically made to your credit card around the first day of the month from the time your order is processed until June 1st 2012.

Making a Donation
Giving to OSU Athletics is as simple as calling 877-2B-POSSE (877-227-6773) between 8am-5pm Monday-Friday. You can also join online at okstateposse. com. For your convenience, gifts may be made with cash, checks, or credit card (VISA, MasterCard or American Express). Your gift is tax-deductible for the calendar year in which it is made. Donations are receipted and acknowledged by the OSU Foundation.

POSSE Donor Seating Renewals
You have the ability to view your invoice and pay your POSSE renewal online.   When paying for your POSSE renewal online, you will have the option to pay in full or select a payment plan.   POSSE payment plan options & deadlines are as follows:

• 6 Month (Jan 15)
• 5 Month (Feb 15)
• 4 Month (Mar 15)
• 3 Month (April 15)
• 2 Month (May 15)

Payment plans are by credit card only. Charges will be automatically made to your credit card on the 16th day of the month from the time your order is processed until June 2012.

*All Football Donor Seating POSSE renewals are due by May 1 unless you are enrolled in a POSSE Payment Plan - A paper renewal will also be mailed out in the upcoming weeks.

Priority Points
The Priority Point System provides a fair, consistent, and transparent method of providing benefits to donors in exchange for your financial investments in OSU Athletics. In order to take advantage of the Priority Point System all donations must be made by June 30th.

Donors gain points three ways:

• Contributions: All current and lifetime contributions (cash & stock) are worth 3 points per $100 donated.

• Commitment: Donors will earn one point annually for each sport in which they purchase season tickets, and one point for each year of POSSE membership.

• Connection with the University: Donors who are OSU Alumni receive a one-time 10 point bonus (per account), as do OSU faculty and staff members (per account). Points never diminish and will carry over to subsequent years. Donors retain all previously earned Priority Points in their giving history.

Supports OSU student-athletes and touches every sport on campus, where money is needed most
Donor Seating
Specific sections in Boone Pickens Stadium and Gallagher-Iba Arena require an annual donation to qualify for a season ticket in that section.
Athletic Scholarships
Gifts to the general scholarship fund assist every sport that may not have endowment support. Please consult your company to find out if their policy for matching gifts can increase your support of Oklahoma State University Athletics through the Athletic Scholarship Fund.
Sport Specific Gifts
Help provide critical budget support for your favorite Cowboy and Cowgirl team(s).

POSSE Parking
Demand for donor parking is at an all-time high, while available lots are in short supply. POSSE Parking for Football will be available for season ticket holders whose total annual donation to the POSSE is $1,000 or more. All donations must be made by June 30th, 2012 to take full advantage of your POSSE parking benefits. The location of donor lots varies depending on availability. Additional parking information will be provided on the back of individual parking passes.

Additional Parking Passes
Additional parking passes are limited but available to those who qualify with a minimum of seven (7) football season tickets. All requests must be made by June 30th prior to the start of football season.

Requests can be made during the renewal process through Account Manager or at the bottom of your renewal form. Requests are not guaranteed.

All requests are considered, but will be granted based on POSSE Priority Points, qualifications met, and spaces available.
