2011 Outdoors: Ran one event for the Cowgirls, competing in the 5,000 meters; at the Stanford Invitational.
2011 Indoors: Posted a personal best in the one mile run at the Razorback Invitational with a time of 5:02.61 ... Notched a personal in best in the 3,000 meters with a time of 9:45.16 in the Big 12 Championships ... Ran a 9:45.97 in the 3,000 meters at the Husky Classic.
2010 Cross Country: Began the season by finishing fourth in the Cowboy Jamboree 6,000 meters with a time of 21:31.69 ... finished 19th at the Big 12 Championships in the 6,000 meters ... Set her personal best in the 6,000 meters during the NCAA Regional, in which she posted a time of 20:46.88 to finish 21st ... Finished the 6,000 meters in 21:42 at the NCAA Championships.
2010 Outdoors: Did not compete.
2010 Indoors: Did not compete.
2009 Cross Country: Second-team Academic All-Big 12 honoree who was active during the cross country slate, competing in five meets for the Cowgirls ... Placed 43rd at the Big 12 Championships in 23:00 and was 27th at the NCAA Midwest Regional Championships in 21:41 ... Took 32nd at the Chile Pepper Festival in 21:57 ... Was fifth at the two-mile Hurricane Festival in 11:23 and placed 32nd at the Cowboy Jamboree in 18:14.
2009 Outdoors: Ran three races during the outdoor season, posting a 4:47.04 in the 1,500 meters at the John Jacobs Invitational, a 17:09.52 in the 5,000 meters at the Mt. SAC Relays and a 17:13.87 in the 5,000 meters at the UTA Bobby Lane Invitational.
2009 Indoors: Ran a pair of races as a true freshman, recording a 10:11.23 in the 3,000 meters to place 31st at the Big 12 Championships and a 5:17.88 in the mile at the Kansas State Invitational.
2008 Cross Country: One of Oklahoma State's regulars as a true freshman ... Competed in six races on the year ... Season-best 6,000 meter time was a 22:07.4 at the NCAA Pre-Nationals that was good for a 124th-place finish in the race ... Took 48th at the Big 12 Championships with a 22:41.40 and was 92nd at the NCAA Midwest Regional Championship with a 22:11.60 ... Her 22:19 was good for a 32nd-place finish at the Cowboy Jamboree ... Was clocked at 23:02 at the Iowa State Open, where she placed 17th ... Led the Cowgirls with an 11:56 that was good for a ninth-place finish at the two-mile Hurricane Cross Country Festival.
High School: Was the Nova Scotia Junior Provincial Cross Country Champion as a senior and the Nova Scotia Provincial Champion in the 1500m as a junior... Also played volleyball for her high school... Chose Oklahoma State over Oregon, Michigan, Windsor (Ontario) and Dalhousie (Nova Scotia).
