Oklahoma State's women's track team will run in it's final tune-up before the Big 12 Championships this weekend at the Emporia Twilight Qualifier in Emporia, Kan.
The meet is scheduled to begin at 3 p.m. on Saturday with OSU's Megan Robbins competing in the pole vault. The running events will follow at 3:30 p.m. with the preliminaries and finals to follow at 5 p.m. The meet will wrap-up at 9:10 p.m. with the 10,000m run.
Two-time All-American Sherita Jackson will be looking for that elusive qualifying time in the 100m and 200m dash. Her time of 11.62 seconds in the 100m dash and 23.66 in the 200m dash are just short of the 11.55 and 23.55 it takes to qualify. The finals of those races are 7:10 p.m. and 8:05 p.m., respectively.
