STILLWATER, Okla. - The Oklahoma State softball team travels to Denton, Texas, this weekend to compete in the Lovelace Invitational, hosted by North Texas. The Cowgirls (2-2) will play five games in three days, starting with Iowa (3-2) on Friday, Feb. 15, at 2 p.m. and will follow by facing North Texas (3-2) at 4:30 p.m. On Saturday, OSU will play Omaha (5-0) at 9 a.m., followed by Dayton at 11:30 a.m. The Cowgirls wrap up play Sunday morning against Iowa at 11:30 a.m. Pitcher Kat Espinosa will look to continue to dominate on the mound after allowing just one run on six hits while striking out 18 in 17-2/3 innings. Tarah Ettinger hopes to keep up her offensive power after roping seven hits, including one double, and collecting three RBIs last weekend.
