Born on April 6, 1990, Sammy Jo is the daughter of Stan and Beth Diffendaffer. She has a brother, Derek. Sammy Jo plans on majoring in interior design at Oklahoma State. She played the piano at every graduation at her high school since she was in the eighth grade.
