• Was selected to represent Germany at the 2008 World Amateur Team Championship.
• Also won the German Ladies International.
• Won the German Match Play Championship in 2008.
• Won the 2008 Spanish Amateur Championship with a 2-and-1 win over Adriana Zwanck in the championship match.
• Advanced to match play after finishing as the runner-up during stroke play at the event.
• Advanced to match play at the 2008 Ladies' British Amateur as well.
• Represented Europe at both the 2005 and 2007 Junior Solheim Cup.
• Finished eighth during stroke play at the 2007 European Girls Team Championship with a 146 total.
• Won the German Stroke Play Championship in 2006.
• Competed for Germany at the 2006 World Amateur Team Championship.

Born May 14, 1989 in Gladbeck, Germany. Caroline is the daughter of Stefan and Gabriele Masson. She has one brother, Alex. Father is a tennis coach in Germany. She was also recruited by California and South Carolina.
