• Tied for 72nd place at the Ricoh Women's British Open
• Won the 2009 European Amateur Championship
• Tied for ninth during stroke play at the 2009 Ladies' British Open Amateur Championship
• Opened match play with a 2-and-1 victory over England's Lauren Blease and a 6-and-4 win in Round Two over Germany's Stephanie Kirchmayr before falling in her third-round match against Hannah Barwood of England
• Was named to the Swedish squad for the 2008 World Amateur Team Championship where she teamed with former Cowgirl Pernilla Lindberg and Anna Nordqvist to win the team title.
• Posted a 4-under 140 total at the 2008 Ladies' British Open Amateur Championship to claim medalist honors.
• Reached the championship match at the event before falling to Anna Nordqvist, 3 and 2.
• Played in the European Ladies Team Championship for the victorious Swedish National Team in 2008.
• Competed at the 2008 RICOH Women's British Open.
• Tied for 13th at the 2008 Scandinavian TPC hosted by Annika with a 5-under 211 total.
• Won the 2007 European Amateur Championship with a 5-under 283 total.
• Finished seventh at the 2007 Scandinavian TPC and 11th at the 2006 event.
• Competed for the Swedish Junior National Team at the 2007 Mercedes-Benz Women's Championship where she tied for third with Arkansas' Stacy Lewis at 2-under 211.
• Was a member of Europe's Junior Solheim Cup squad in 2007.
• Won the 2007 European Girls Team Championship
• Finished fourth during stroke play at the European Girls Team Championship.
• Won the 2006 Swedish High School Championship.
• Has won a total of 11 Swedish national championships.
• Also played soccer for seven years and floorball for three years.


Born May 13, 1989. Caroline is the daughter of Yvonne and Claes Hedwall. She has a twin sister, Jacqueline, who is a member of the golf team at LSU. Caroline is undecided on her major. She was also recruited by Duke, Arizona, LSU, New Mexico and Purdue.
