Katy Krshka was named the November Western Student-Athlete of the Month

STILLWATER, Okla. – Oklahoma State equestrian member Katy Krshka was named the November Western Student-Athlete of the Month, Varsity Equestrian announced this week.
Krshka is a freshman and competes in both Western events, Horsemanship and Reining, for the Cowgirls. She finished November with an undefeated 3-0 record in Reining and earned two of her three wins on the road. She also maintained a 2-0 record in Horsemanship. Krshka earned two MVP honors in Reining.
Varsity Equestrian will be selecting a Student-Athlete of the Month each month for the remainder of the 2011-2012 season, January – April. Monthly awards will be given in the months of September, October, November, January, February, March, and April starting with the 2012-2013 season.
