Cowgirls Host Fresno State

Oklahoma State’s third-ranked equestrian team will host Fresno State Saturday at 10 a.m. at the Animal Science Arena.

“The girls are continuing to ride well in practice and are looking forward to Saturday,” coach Larry Sanchez said. “We are excited to compete again, after having last week off.”

About the Cowgirls

Oklahoma State is 6-3 on the season, after defeating then third-ranked Texas A&M, 16-8, on February 2.

OSU In the Rankings

The Cowgirls are ranked third in the latest Women’s Intercollegiate Equestrian National Coaches Poll. They received 83 points in the poll, just behind SEC powers Auburn (85) and Georgia (89).

About the Opponents

Fresno State received four points in the latest Women’s Intercollegiate Equestrian National Coaches Poll and will take on TCU Friday before it travels to Stillwater.

Total Domination

Sophomore Katy Krshka will look to capture her ninth overall Most Outstanding Player award this weekend with an MOP performance in every meet this year but one.
