STILLWATER - Nine members of the Oklahoma State men's and women's cross country teams were named 2012 All-Region honorees by the United States Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association, it was announced this morning. All nine athletes earned honors by finishing in the top 25 at the Midwest Regional last week. For the Cowboys, Tom Farrell picked up honors for the third-consecutive year, and Joseph Manilafasha and Girma Mecheso were honored for the second time. Shane Moskowitz and Brian Gohlke were named All-Region for the first time in their career. For the Cowgirls, Natalja Piliusina was named All-Region for the third consecutive year while Monika Juodeskaite was honored for the second time. This is the first time Jackie Campos and Kate Kujawa have been named to the list. Both teams return to action Saturday when they travel to Louisville, Ky., to compete in the 2012 NCAA National Championships.
