2014 Outdoors: Ran the 5,000m/10,000m double for the Pokes at the Big 12 Championships, taking fourth in the 10K (30:32.88), and 16th in the 5K (15:15.20).

2014 Indoors: Was part of the distance medley relay that ran a near school-record 9:29.91 at the Alex Wilson, and eventually became honorable mention All-Americans ... Performed a heroic triple for the Cowboys at the Big 12 Championships, taking second in the mile, eighth in the 3,000 meters and second in the 5,000 meters ... Won the 1,000 meters at the KSU Wildcat Invite, with atime of 2:24.48 ... Placed second in the 3,000 meters at the Razorback Invite, finishing in 7:57.79.

2013 Cross Country: Competed three times for the Cowboys, most notably picking up an All-Big 12 performance, taking 12th, with a 23:36.5 at the conference meet ... Finished 141st at the NCAA Championships, with a time of 31:42.9.

2013 Outdoors:
Did not compete.

2013 Indoors:
One of five Oklahoma State runners to clock a sub-four-minute mile during the 2013 indoor season, clocking a 3:59.48 at the Razorback Invitational that was good for the sixth-fastest time in school history and a new personal best ... Ran the 3,000 meters in 8:13.36 at the Tyson Invitational in his only other competition of the year.

2012 Cross Country: A key figure on Oklahoma State's Big 12 and NCAA-champion team ... Earned All-Big 12 honors with an eighth-place finish at the conference meet in 24:06.2 and was an All-Midwest Region honoree after running a 30:30.21 at the regional meet to place seventh ... Took 53rd at the NCAA Championships in 30:22.6 ... Was fifth at the Chile Pepper Festival in 30:25.6 and was 13th at the Cowboy Jamboree in 25:07.87 ... A first-team Academic All-Big 12 performer.

2012 Outdoors: NCAA West Preliminary Rounds qualifier in the 1,500 meters, but did not advance to the NCAA Championships after placing 19th in the regional race ... Earned his first outdoor All-Big 12 honor by placing eighth in the 1,500 meters ... Set a new personal best in the 1,500 meters when he ran a 3:44.31 at the Payton Jordan Invitational for a mark that ranked 59th in the nation during the regular season ... Ran the 800 meters twice, clocking a 1:53.58 at the Stanford Invitational.

2012 Indoors: Crossed the finish line 20th in the 3,000 meters at the Big 12 Championships with an 8:15.20 effort ... Was a member of the distance medley relay team that placed ninth at the conference meet after posting a time of 10:00.73 ... Placed second in the one mile at the KSU All Comers with a time of 4:16.85 ... Ran his season-best mile time of 4:09.19 at the Razorback Invitational, where he placed fifth ... Finished eighth in the mile at the Tyson Invitational, completing the race in 4:09.59.

2011 Cross Country: Did not compete.

2011 Outdoors: Placed 12th in the 5,000 meters at the Big 12 Outdoor Championship with a time of 14:26.66 ... Posted a 4th place finish in the 1,500 meters at the NCAA West Preliminary Rounds after finishing in 3:55.49 ... Suited up for five meets during the outdoor slate, setting a personal best in the 800 meters with a 1:53.08 at the Tulsa Duels ... Season-best time in the 1,500 meters was a 3:47.55 Arkansas Twilight Meet ... Ran the 1,500 meters in 3:50.59 at the John McDonnell Invite and did not finish his 1,500 meter race at the Razorback Invitational ... Recorded a 14:27.59 in the 5,000 meters at the Stanford Invitational.

2011 Indoors: Secured All-Big 12 recognition in the mile as a true freshman after placing fifth at the conference meet in 4:09.09 ... Season-best mark was a 4:04.39 at the Razorback Invitational ... Clocked at 4:07.63 at the Big 12 Championships prelims ... Ran the 3,000 meters in a personal-best 8:07.29 at the Husky Classic ... Timed at 1:55.32 in the 800 meters at the Kansas State Invitational.

2010 Cross Country: Ran three races as a true freshman for Oklahoma State's NCAA and Big 12-champion squad ... Took 33rd at the 8,000-meter Big 12 Championships in 25:23.81 ... Ran unattached at the 10,000-meter Chile Pepper Festival, taking 27th in 30:20.13 ... Turned in a 26th-place finish at the Midwest Regional Championships by running the 10K course in 30:42.90.

High School: Attended Central Kitsap HS in Bremerton, Wash., where he was coached by Mark Ward ... 2009 Gatorade Washington Boys Cross Country Runner of the Year as a senior ... 2008-09 Gatorade Washington Boys Track & Field Athlete of the Year as a junior ... Placed ninth at the 2009 Foot Locker National Cross Country Championships with a time of 15:35 to earn All-America status ... Was 14th at Foot Locker nationals as a junior ... Won five state championships during his time at Central Kitsap, claiming the 1,600 meter and 3,200 meter crowns as a junior, then repeating the feat in both races as a senior, and also adding a state cross country title as a senior ... Member of the honor society with a 3.56 grade point average ... Mentored area youth at track camp.
