2014 Outdoors: Placed seventh in the 3,000 meter steeplechase at the Big 12 Championships to earn the first All-Big 12 honor of his career ... Also ran the steeplechase at the Stanford Invitational, placing 13th, with a time of 9:07.09.

2014 Indoors: Turned in top-10 performances at the
Razorback Invite in the collegiate mile (fourth place, 4:13.48), and the KSU Wildcat Invite in the same event (seventh place, 4:19.55) ... Placed 24th in the 3,000 meters at the Big 12 Championships, with a time of 8:32.01.

2013 Cross Country: Suited up twice for the Cowboys, placing 28th at the Bluegrass Invite, with a time of 25:03.19, and running a 26:09.17 at the Cowboy Jamboree to take 46th.

2013 Outdoors: Did not compete.

2013 Indoors: Competed once, running the mile in 4:29.14 at the KSU All-Comers meet.

2012 Cross Country: Earned first-team Academic All-Big 12 accolades ... Placed in the top-10 in two of the three competitions in which he saw action, taking third at the OSU-ORU-Wichita State Triangular meet in 16:16 and taking seventh at the Hurricane Festival in 20:37 ... Was solid at the Cowboy Jamboree with a 16th-place finish in 25:10.46.

2012 Outdoors: NCAA West Preliminary Rounds qualifier in the 3,000 meter steeplechase, but did not advance to the NCAA Championships after placing 12th in his heat of the regional race ... Hit a personal best in the steeplechase when he ran a 9:00.58 at the Payton Jordan Invitational ... Ran well at the Stanford Invitational, clocking a 9:05.61 in the steeplechase ... Was 13th in the steeplechase at the Big 12 Championships in 9:51.24 ... Ran the 1,500 meters in 3:59.25 at the John McDonnell Invitational.

2012 Indoors: Placed seventh in the 1,000-meter run at the KSU Invitational after posting a time of 2:34.49 ... Ran an 8:16.98 in the 3,000 meters at the Razorback Invitational to place eighth ... Finished the one mile at the Tyson Invitational in 4:12.73 to come in 13th ... Finished the 3K at the Big 12 Championships in 8:31.17 to place 37th.

2011 Cross Country: Competed in all three regular-season events for OSU ... Placed eighth at the four-mile Hurricane Festival, running a 20:45 ... Ran the 8,000 meters of the Cowboy Jamboree in 25:26.70 to finish 75th ... Ran a 32:08.8 in the 10,000 meters at the Chile Pepper Festival to finish 117th.

2011 Outdoors: Ran a 9:39.96 in the 3,000 meter steeplechase in the Big 12 Outdoor Championships to finish in 13th place ... Ran the 3,000 meter steeplechase in 9:24.13 at the John McDonnell Invitational and in 9:38.79 at the Razorback Invitational ... Lone 2,000 meter steeplechase mark was a 6:15.45 at the Tulsa Duels.

2011 Indoors: Middle-distance specialist who competed at four indoor meets ... Placed 14th in the 1,000 meters at the Big 12 Championships in 2:32.82 ... Timed at 1:58.57 in the 800 meters at the Kansas State Invitational ... Ran the mile twice, logging a 4:18.03 at the Razorback Invitational and a 4:22.37 at the Husky Classic.
