2012 Outdoors: A second-team All-American after finishing 15th in the 3,000 meter steeplechase semifinals at the NCAA Championships ... He finished one spot away from advancing to the final race, though his time of 8:45.96 set a new personal record and ranks fifth all-time at OSU ... Big 12 runner-up in the steeplechase with a time of 8:46.72 that ranked him 16th on the national list during the regular season and third on the Midwest Region list ... Placed third in his heat at the NCAA Regional to earn a spot in the national championship field ... Clocked a personal-best 3:46.33 in the 1,500 meters at the John McDonnell Invitational ... His one effort in the 10,000 meters resulted in a personal best 29:18.25 at the Stanford Invitational.

2011 Cross Country: Was the Cowboys' fifth finisher at the Midwest Regional as he ran the 10,000 meter race in 31:53.60 to place 24th and earn all-region honors ... Placed 18th at the Big 12 Championships, running the 8,000 meters in 24:18.3 ... Posted a time of 32:18.0 in the NCAA Championships to finish 233rd ... Notched his season-best time in the 10K at the Chile Pepper Festival with a 30:53.9 to place 32nd ... Ran unattached at the Cowboy Jamboree and placed 44th with a time of 25:01.08.
High School: Finished fourth in the 2,000 meter steeplechase and fourth in the 3,000 meter run in Under-20 competition ... Placed 28th at Euro Cross in 2009 ... Was the North German Champion in the 5,000 meters in 2010 ... Finished second in the Under-23 German Championship in the 5,000 meters and third in the 3,000 meter steeplechase.
