The Oklahoma State men’s track and field team is ranked No. 23 in this week’s United States Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association top 25, it was announced today.
In the mile, Tom Farrell (No. 4 at 3:58.20), Kirubel Erassa, (No. 5 at 3:58.24), Fabian Clarkson (No. 9 at 3:59.47), and Shane Moskowitz (No. 10 at 3:59.48) were all ranked, powered by their sub-four minute performances at the Razorback Invitational.
In the weight throw, Nick Miller, coming off a personal best throw of 20.97m/68-09.75 in Lincoln, Neb., on Saturday, came in at No. 4.
On the women’s side, Natalja Piliusina is No. 3 in the 800 meters at 2:04.35.
The track teams will compete this Friday and Saturday at the Husky Invitational in Seattle, Wash., and the Tyson Invitational in Fayetteville, Ark.
