Fall 2009: Entered the fall as the No. 1-ranked singles player in the ITA Preseason Singles Rankings ... finished with a fall singles record of 12-3 and a fall doubles record of 12-3 ... in singles competition, Nedovyesov recorded four wins over ranked opponents and won the ITA Central Regional Singles Championship ... also competed in the D'Novo/ITA All-American Championships as the No. 1 seed and the ITA National Indoor Championships, where he reached the quarterfinal round ... he and doubles partner Aleksey Bessonov also had a notable fall outing, recording five wins over top-50 opponents, including Georgia's duo of Jamie Hunt and Nate Schnugg, who were ranked No. 2 in the ITA Preseason doubles Rankings ... Nedovyesov and Bessonov reached the final round of the D'Novo/ITA All-American Championships and claimed the ITA Central Regional Doubles Championship.
Junior: Had one of the most successful seasons in Cowboy tennis history ... named the ITA National Player of the Year ... Compiled a dual record of 18-3 at the No. 1 singles spot ...finished 5-1 at the Big 12 Championships and 2-1 at the NCAA Championships ... Sophomore: Nedovyesov followed his impressive freshman season with an even more impressive sophomore campaign as the Alushta, Ukraine, native was ranked No. 3 in the country heading into the NCAA Tournament ... was voted Big 12 Player of the Year after capturing the conference title at both No. 1 singles and doubles ... at No. 1 singles, went 23-5 in regular season duals, including a 5-1 conference record ... earned an automatic bid to the NCAA Singles and Doubles Championships as the No. 3 seed ... he and teammate Nathan Byrnes earned an at-large bid to the singles and doubles championships by compiling an 11-4 Spring record, including a 6-0 mark during the Big 12 regular season ... the youngest player in the nation's top-five ... also named to the Academic All-Big 12 first team.
Freshman: Nedovyesov completed one of the best freshman seasons in the program's history, finishing 18-5 (all at No. 1 singles) and ranked No. 23 ... was voted as the Big 12's Freshman and Newcomer of the Year ... also was a unanimous All-Big 12 selection in singles and doubles ... was named Freshman of the Year and All-Big 12 (singles and doubles) by the Waco Tribune ... was also the Central Region's Rookie of the Year and Player to Watch ...
