Game Notes - Cowboys Host Cyclones For Homecoming

A win would make Gundy OSU's all-time winningest coach.

Completed his Cowboy career by wrapping up his first year as a starter at defensive end.

2012 (Senior): Started every game at defensive end ... Has good timing on the line of scrimmage and finished second on the team with six pass break-ups ... In his final collegiate game he set a career high with six tackles against Purdue, including a half-tackle for a loss ... Had four tackles at Arizona, Kansas and Baylor ... Credited with three stops against Texas and West Virginia ... Had 1.5 sacks against Arizona and got to the quarterback again against West Virginia ... Recorded tackles for loss against Savannah State, Iowa State and Oklahoma with two TFLs at Baylor to go with a quarterback hurry.

2011 (Junior): Spent his first year at OSU as a primary backup at defensive end and was a consistent contributor ... Played in every game and accumulated 21 tackles ... Had four tackles against Tulsa and three against Baylor ... Lone sack went for a three-yard loss at Texas A&M ... Had a tackle for a four-yard loss against Kansas and a tackle for a three-yard loss vs. Stanford.

Junior College: Signed with Oklahoma State originally in 2009 ... Spent two years at Jones County CC ... Was an all-conference and all-region player at Jones ... Had 64 tackles as a sophomore, including eight sacks and 13 tackles for loss ... Rated by SuperPrep as the nation's No. 47 junior college prospect.

High School: Was an all-county selection as a high school senior after recording 85 tackles, with 14 coming behind the line of scrimmage, at Mill Creek ... Participated in the North-South All-Star Game (selected by state coaches) ... Also recruited by Auburn, South Carolina and Kentucky.
