Moved from his starting guard spot to starting center in 2007 when injury forced a realignment up front ... Started at guard all 13 games last season ... 2008 (Junior): A steady player up front who continued to show his versatility ... Started every game at left guard and is one of the Cowboys' more productive players ... Part of an OSU offensive line that helped the Cowboys lead the Big 12 in rushing for a third straight season ... OSU was also once again one of America's leaders in fewest sacks allowed and ranked in the national top 10 in rushing, scoring and total offense ... Was credited by the Cowboy coaches with 59 knockdowns and 10 "dominating" blocks ... Led all Cowboy linemen with 880 snaps from scrimmage.

2007 (Sophomore): Opened the first three games of the season at left guard and moved to center for the final nine games ... His development was critical for a Cowboy offense that ranked No. 7 nationally and allowed just 11 sacks in 13 games and only five in Big 12 play ... OSU was third nationally in sacks allowed and had the lowest total in the Big 12 Conference ... Selected as the Cowboys' most valuable offensive lineman against Troy and Sam Houston State.

2006 (Freshman): Saw spot duty throughout his redshirt freshman season,
including a season-high 26 snaps in his college debut against Missouri State.

2005 (Redshirt): Redshirted his first year on campus.

High School: Played both ways at Joplin High School ... Was the center on offense and a tackle on defense ... First-team all-state selection as a center ... First team all-conference at both center and defensive end ... Courted by Missouri State and North Texas, but chose the Cowboys because of the OSU coaching staff.
