Stillwater, Okla. -- Marcus Smart was the guest picker on today's edition of College GameDay on ESPN. The Cowboy sophomore was coming off one of the best performances of the early season when he scored 39 points against 11th-ranked Memphis on Tuesday night in a game also broadcast on ESPN.
Smart, sporting an Oklahoma State hoodie and beanie, approached the stage from the Student Union. After introductions, Chris Fowler got into the picks for the games. A list of Smart's picks are below.
Much to the dismay of the crowd, Smart chose Bedlam-rival Oklahoma to defeat Kansas State, the only picker to do so. He was accurate, however, when OU defeated K-State 41-31 in Manhattan. It was most likely the only time the popular basketball player will ever be boo'ed in Stillwater.
