Stillwater, Okla. -- Oklahoma State signee Marcus Smart will compete in the 35th annual McDonald's All-American High School Basketball game on Wednesday, March 28, at 8:30 pm inside the United Center in Chicago. The game will be televised by ESPN.

A senior at Flower Mound Marcus High School in Texas, Smart was a finalist for the 2012 Morgan Wootten Player of the Year award, presented annually to the best male and female McDonald's All-American players who exemplify outstanding character, exhibit leadership, and embody the values of being a student-athlete in the classroom and the community.

Smart will be the fifth Cowboy signee in the last eight seasons to participate in the game, including current freshman Le'Bryan Nash, who was a McDonald's All-American in 2011.
