Friday's game will mark the sixth meeting between Oklahoma State and Gonzaga, and all six meetings have come in the last decade. The two teams first met in the All-College Classic in Oklahoma City. OSU returned the favor by playing in the Battle in Seattle the following year. The two teams met in the Old Spice Classic in 2008, and a home-and-home series completed last season. The Zags are 5-0 vs the Cowboys, with three of those five meetings decided by one possession.
Up Next for OSU
The winner of Friday's game between Oklahoma State and Gonzaga will face either top-seed Arizona or No. 16 seed Weber State on Sunday, March 23. A time for that game will be announced following Friday's matchups. Should the Cowboys win their first two games, they would travel to Anaheim, Calif., to compete in the Sweet 16 of the NCAA Tournament.
