2012 Bedlam Series - Game 1 Highlights

Highlights from Game 1 of the 2012 Bedlam Baseball Series, where Oklahoma State extended its winning streak to nine games and shut out Oklahoma for the first time in six years with a 3-0 victory over the Sooners at ONEOK Field in Tulsa.

Andrew Heaney continued his dominance on the mound, tossing his third shutout of the season to help the 25th-ranked Cowboys improve to 27-17 overall and 12-7 in Big 12 Conference play. OSU's winning streak is its longest since the Pokes won 12 in a row during the 2008 season.

2011: Appeared in 20 games, including making nine starts ... tied for team lead with seven wins ... was 3-1 in Big 12 play ... tied career high with eight strikeouts in seven scoreless innings effort vs. Bryant (2/19) ... worked career-best 8.1 innings and allowed just one run to pick up win against South Alabama (3/5).

2010: Made 16 appearances on the mound with 10 starts ... led OSU with five wins, becoming the first freshman pitcher to lead the Cowboys in wins since 2001 ... earned his first-career win vs. UMass (3/13) ... worked seven innings and allowed just one run while striking out five ... racked up a career-best eight strikeouts in a win over Florida Gulf Coast (3/30) ... had seven strikeouts and tossed a career-high eight innings against Texas Tech (4/11) ... earned the first save of his career with a scoreless inning of work against No. 14 Oklahoma (5/8) in which he struck out the final two Sooners with runners on second and third to preserve a one-run win ... recorded six strikeouts in back-to-back outings vs. OU (5/9) and Texas A&M (5/16).
