- The Wildcats shot 57.7 percent from the floor on the night, which is an opponent season high. The 89 points allowed to K-State is also a season high, and makes K-State the frist team to reach the 80-point plateau against the Cowboys.
- Jawun Evans posted two assists on the night, which brings his season total to 93 dimes - tied for the fifth most ever by an OSU freshman. Marcus Smart has the OSU freshman record at 139 in 2012-13.
- Tyree Griffin led the OSU offense with 18 points, which set a new career-high for the sophomore. Griffin's previous career high was 11 points, last set against UMKC earlier this season.
- Jawun Evans posted 11 points, which is his 13th double-digit scoring game of the season.
- The Cowboys have dropped five straight games in Bramlage Coliseum. OSU trails the overall series with K-State 77-51.
- OSU is now 0-4 on the road on the year, and 10-9 overall and 2-5 in Big 12 play.
- The Cowboys trailed the Wildcats by 19 points at the half (49-30), which is the program's fifth largest halftime deficit ever in a Big 12 game, and tied for the 16th largest halftime deficit in any game.

- The Wildcats shot 63.0 percent in the first half against the Cowboys, which is the best shooting half by any OSU opponent this season. The last opponent to shoot better in a first half against the Cowboys was the last time OSU came to Bramlage Coliseum. That day K-State 75.0 percent in the first half on Jan. 24, 2015.
- The Cowboys started Jawun Evans, Jeff Newberry, Leyton Hammonds, Jeffrey Carroll and Mitchell Solomon for the fifth straight game.
- OSU has made at least one three-pointer in 503 consecutive games dating back to Jan. 13, 2001.
