All persons, excluding children under the age of two (2), must have a ticket for admission into the OSU baseball/softball stadiums. Ticket holders are restricted to seating in the location that appears on their ticket and agree to abide by facility and university policies, as well as state and federal laws. OSU reserves the right to revoke tickets by refund of purchase. All persons entering the baseball/softball stadiums are subject to search.
The possession or consumption of alcohol in the baseball/softball complexes is prohibited. Violators are subject to ejection and applicable legal action. Inebriated individuals will be denied admission into the stadium. Such ejections are not grounds for refunds.
No pets or animals of any kind are allowed in the stadium with the exception of trained service animals for disabled guests. All service animals must remain on a leash or in a harness at all times.
ANNOUNCEMENTS OR MESSAGES
No announcement or message will be made over the public address system unless an emergency is present. Requests for emergency messages need to be presented to an OSU Police Officer, OSU Safety Officer, or Express Personnel staff. Individuals not in attendance of the game can make these requests by contacting the OSUPD at 405/744-6523.
People attending baseball/softball games assume all risks and danger of personal injury and all hazards arising from or related in any way to the event, whether occurring prior to, during, or after the event.
There are no ATM machines in the baseball/softball complexes. An ATM machine is located in Gallagher-Iba Arena in the east lobby by the escalators and will only be available while the building is open to the general public. Other ATM's are located at Duck and Hall of Fame, the corner of Knoblock and Elm, and in the Student Union.
Baby strollers are not allowed in the baseball/softball stadiums.
Appropriate sized bags and other permitted items will be checked prior to entering the baseball/softball complexes. Bags are limited in size so they can fit under the seat. Bags larger than 8” x 11” are not allowed in the baseball/softball complexes. Please leave all unnecessary items in your vehicle or at home. There are no provisions to check items at the gates. OSU will not be responsible for any item left at the gate. Patrons who refuse to allow visual inspections of bags or purses will be denied entry to the stadium. Please see the “Stadium Policies” section for items that are not permitted in these venues.
BANNERS, FLAGS OR SIGNS (SPIRIT)
Any spirit banner, sign, or flag considered to be improper (offensive, political, etc.) will be removed and confiscated by game management. The use of poles to hang spirit banners, signs, or flags is prohibited.
Point-and-shoot cameras are permitted for personal use. Any commercial photography is prohibited. Cameras with removable lens are permitted as long as they do not exceed 3 inches or the removable lens does not create a disturbance or obstructs the view of other fans. Flash photography and the use of tri-pods or mono-pods are prohibited.
Concession stands will open at the same time patrons are allowed to enter the stadium. Sodexo operates the concession stands. Other groups or individuals will not be allowed to sell food items inside the stadium fence without the permission of Sodexo.
The NCAA, Big 12 Conference and Oklahoma State University promote good sportsmanship by student-athletes, coaches and fans. We request your cooperation by supporting the participants and officials in a positive manner. Fans are reminded they are prohibited from entering the playing field. Negative comments directed at student-athletes, coaches, game officials, team representatives, or other fans are grounds for removal. The NCAA, Big 12 Conference and Oklahoma State University thank you for your cooperation.
EMERGENCY MEDICAL PROCEDURES
OSU Safety personnel assigned to the stadium will provide emergency medical assistance. For assistance in any medical emergency, individuals need to contact an usher, OSU Police Officer or OSU Safety Officer. It is extremely important that the exact location of the medical emergency is given so medical personnel know exactly where the emergency is located.
In the event of an emergency, stadium staff will utilize the public address system to inform patrons of the situation and any instructions. In the unlikely event of an evacuation, please remain calm, assist others and follow the instructions of the game day event staff and police/safety personnel.
Spectators are prohibited from entering the playing field or team areas unless they are properly credentialed or accompanied by an authorized staff member. Violators are subject to arrest.
GAME DATES AND TIMES
OSU game dates and times are subject to change. In the event a game date or time is changed, the information will be posted on www.okstate.com.
Stadium gates are open 1 hour prior to the start of the game.
Procedures have been developed for inclement weather. Information and procedures will be provided to the event staff and the fans in the event of inclement weather (i.e. dangerous winds, tornado, electrical storm, etc.).
Parents/guardians with a lost child should contact an event staff person, police or safety officer to notify them their child is missing. Measures will be taken to locate the child. If a child gets separated from his/her party, he/she should notify the nearest police or safety officer or event staff member. If the child knows his/her seat location, attempts will be made to return that child to that location. Parents should pre-determine an area both inside and outside the stadium to meet in the event they get separated.
LOST AND FOUND PROCEDURES
The lost and found is located in the baseball/softball ticket booths. All items that have been turned over to event staff, police, or safety will be taken to these ticket booths in the baseball/softball stadiums. Items not picked up by the end of the game will be turned over to the OSU Athletic Game Management. Individuals who have lost items need to contact the Athletic Facilities Office at 744-5741 during working hours (8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday).
Big 12 Conference and NCAA rules prohibit artificial noisemakers from being brought into the stadium.

Individuals entering the handicapped parking spaces must have a state issued or OSU Parking Services issued handicapped permit. These spaces are located in the lot directly in front of the main gate of the baseball and softball facilities.

All lots not controlled or restricted by OSU Parking & Transit Services shall be open for general parking. Parking within close proximity to the stadium is at your own risk. Hit balls occasionally damage vehicles parked in close proximity.

Patrons will be allowed to re-enter the baseball/softball stadiums if they have the appropriate hand stamp and game ticket.
SECURITY OF STADIUM
- You and your belongings may be searched upon entry into the stadium.
- By tending your ticket and entering the stadium, you consent to such searches and waive any related claims that you might have against Oklahoma State University. If you elect not to consent to a search, you will not be allowed into the stadium. Please consult the “Stadium Policies” for items not allowed in the stadium.
- Intoxicated fans will not be allowed into the stadium.
- Suspicious activity, disruptive patrons and guest related problems should be reported to an usher or a police officer immediately.
- Uncooperative patrons showing disregard for other patrons, the stadium or the teams may be ejected from the facility.
- Spectators are prohibited from entering the playing field unless they are properly credentialed or accompanied by an authorized staff member. Violators are subject to arrest.
- An ejected patron will not be allowed to return for the remainder of the game. Re-entry by an ejected person is grounds for arrest.
SPECIAL SEATING ARRANGEMENTS
Fans requiring special seating need to contact the Ticket Office at 405/744-5745. All handicapped accessible seating is reserved and is located in section 6 for baseball and sections 101&102 for softball. Patrons using these seats must have a ticket for these seats. If they do not have a ticket for this area, the individual must go to the ticket office.

THROWING OF ITEMS
Throwing of any items is prohibited, and may result in eviction and/or prosecution.
TICKET BOOTH GAME DAY HOURS
Game day tickets are sold in the ticket booths located at the main entrances to the baseball/softball facilities. Game day ticket sales begin one hour prior to the start of the game and will close at the end of the 5th inning for baseball and the end of the 4th inning for softball.
TICKET OFFICE - WILL CALL
“Will Call” tickets are distributed from the ticket booths located at the main entrances to the baseball/softball facilities starting one hour prior to the start of the game. The person picking up the tickets must present a photo ID in order to receive their tickets. "Will Call" tickets may be picked up from the main Ticket Office location in the OSU Athletics Center (Monday through Friday) 8:00am to 5:00pm.
If patrons have ticket problems prior to game day, they need to go to the OSU Athletic Ticket Office located in the northeast corner (ground floor) of the OSU Athletics Center. If a ticket holder forgets or misplaces his/her ticket(s) on game day, the patron must go to the ticket booths at the baseball/softball complexes to obtain a ticket replacement. Only the actual ticket holder may request the ticket replacement. The original ticket barcode will be deactivated and will not be valid for admission.
Replacements are available to season ticket holders and individual ticket holders in reserved seating areas for the following reasons:
* Tickets are to be left for a friend
* Tickets were never received in the mail
* Tickets were lost or stolen
* Tickets were accidentally destroyed
Request for replacements can be placed only by the ticket holder of record.
Replacements are issued solely at the discretion of the Ticket Office. Replacements take precedence over the original ticket(s). Anyone attempting to gain admittance to an event using original ticket(s) after a replacement has been issued will be escorted to the Ticket Office.
Transfers are at the discretion of the Athletic Department. Approval is considered by factors including, but not limited to, comparable giving history and case-by-case circumstance. Minimum point requirements, if applicable, must be met by the prospective transferee before a request form may be submitted.
Oklahoma State University is designated as a tobacco-free campus.
Trash receptacles for the disposal of trash and other items are placed throughout the campus and stadium. Please help keep the campus and the stadium clean by properly disposing your trash.
Umbrellas are not permitted in the baseball/softball stadiums.
No weapons of any kind are permitted in the baseball/softball complexes.
