General Information for Arena Emergencies

In any arena emergency, please remain calm, assist others and if necessary leave in an orderly fashion.
Public service announcements will be made over the public address system with arena emergency information.
Follow directions of game day event staff and emergency responders.
Please assist persons who may not be able to hear the announcements.
Persons with disabilities or special needs should contact game day event staff for assistance.
If traveling with family or friends you should pre-determine a location both inside and outside the arena to meet in case you get separated.
First Aid Room is located at the south end (concourse level) of Gallagher-Iba Arena.
Police Communication’s Room is located on the north end (concourse level) of Gallagher-Iba Arena
Upon arriving at your seat location, first find the nearest exit/emergency exit then locate an alternate exit in case of an emergency.
If you see suspicious or unusual behavior, please report it immediately to the police or game day event staff.
Gallagher-Iba Arena has an emergency generator that will be activated in the event of an arena power failure to operate life safety lighting.
Do not use elevators in the event of a fire or power failure.
Please remain in your vehicle or seek other shelter if threatening weather (lightning, hail, etc.) occurs prior to arena doors being opened.
Seek shelter if a tornado is approaching prior to doors being opened.

If the game is delayed because of weather, the game will resume as soon as the weather passes.
Listen to the arena public address system and the Cowboy Sports Network for weather updates during the delay.
The shuttle service may not operate during the weather delay.
If you leave the arena during an emergency, you will need your game ticket to reenter the arena.
