No pets or animals of any kind are allowed in the stadium with the exception of trained service animals for disabled guests. All service animals must remain on a leash or in a harness at all times.
AREA OF REFUGE
The Areas of Refuge (mezzanine, club and suite levels) for Boone Pickens Stadium are located in the stair towers. These areas are located by the elevators.
Individuals with wheelchair seating located on the mezzanine level of the stadium will have a “WC” on their game ticket. Individuals with this type of ticket can utilize designated elevators to access the mezzanine level.
EMERGENCY MEDICAL PROCEDURES
Medical and safety personnel are assigned to the stadium. For assistance in any medical emergency, please contact an usher, OSU Police or OSU Safety personnel. It is extremely important that the exact location of the medical emergency is given so medical personnel know where the emergency is occurring.
The escalators are located in the middle of the north and south stadium and in the west end of the stadium. They are open to the general public to reach the mezzanine level. Only individuals with the proper game ticket or credential may use the escalators to access levels above the mezzanine.
FAMILY/SPECIAL NEED RESTROOMS
Family/special needs restrooms are located by the elevators in the stadium. They are located both on the plaza and mezzanine levels. These restrooms are all wheelchair accessible.
First aid rooms located inside the stadium:
- South side plaza level – by section 107 & 108
- South side mezzanine level – by section 209 & 210
- North side plaza level – by section 115
- North side mezzanine level – by section 222 & 223
Procedures have been developed for inclement weather. Information and procedures will be provided to the fans in the event of inclement weather (i.e. dangerous winds, tornado, electrical storm, etc.). Emergency instructions will be delivered via the public address system and video boards.
LISTENING DEVICES (ASSISTIVE)
Listening devices are available in Boone Pickens Stadium for fans with disability-related needs. These devices can be picked up and returned to the Fan Assistance booths. Individuals checking these devices out will need to go to one of the athletic ticket office windows. The ticket office will print a ticket (after obtaining credit card information) that can be turned into Fan Assistance to enable the ticket holder to pick up a listening device. The person picking up the listening device will need to leave their driver’s license at Fan Assistance. The driver’s license will be returned when the listening device is returned to Fan Assistance. If the listening device is not returned to Fan Assistance, the credit card will be charged for the replacement of the listening device. Please contact the ticket office for additional information.
PARKING-HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE PARKING
To qualify for handicap parking, you must display a valid state handicap parking permit.
There will be handicap accessible parking areas around the stadium on football game days. Handicap parking is first come, first serve basis excluding the first row directly south and west of Boone Pickens Stadium (Lot 6 & Lot 10). You must present your state-issued handicap parking permit upon entering the lot. The holder of the permit must be in the vehicle upon entry. Over flow handicap parking will be located on the first level of the OSU Multimodal Parking Garage with shuttle service to the stadium. People entering the overflow handicap parking lot will use the Scott Avenue entrance (southeast side of garage). You can enter Scott Avenue either from Washington or Monroe. Shuttle service will be available to assist in transport to the stadium beginning three (3) hours prior to kickoff and beginning the 4th quarter The pick up and drop off point will be located on the east side of the OSU Multimodal Transportation Terminal. This terminal is located directly south of the OSU Multimodal Parking Garage. A coupon will be given to you when you enter the parking garage. This coupon will be needed to get on the shuttle to and from the stadium.
Restrooms are located throughout the stadium on the plaza and mezzanine levels. All restrooms are wheelchair accessible.
A shuttle service will be available to assist in transport to the stadium gates beginning three (3) hours prior to kickoff. The shuttle service will begin three (3) hours prior to kickoff and will resume routes during the 4th quarter of play. The shuttles will load and unload at the same locations. Please visit the OSU website to view handicap parking shuttle pick up and drop off points. A coupon will be given to you when you enter the parking garage. This coupon will be needed to get on this shuttle. Riders being picked up from the southeast corner of the stadium could experience long delays because of traffic delays. SPECIAL SEATING REQUIREMENTS
Fans requiring special seating, such as wheelchair and companion seating need to contact the Ticket Office at 405/744-5745 at least 24 hours prior to the event. Wheelchair/companion seating is available throughout the stadium. A POSSE donation is required for certain seating locations. Patrons need to inform the ticket office if they require accessible seating when ordering tickets. Tickets for accessible seating will have a “WC” on the ticket. Ticket-holders should check-in at the designated areas (Fan Assistances, north and south sides, and room W100E and W214 in the west endzone) to receive a wristband and chair(s) (provided by staff if needed) for access to these restricted areas. This process is to help ensure appropriate use of the accessible seating. Unused seats will NOT be sold or made available to individuals without a need.
