It is the mission of the Department of Intercollegiate
Athletics at Oklahoma State University to provide

Agents
|
Oklahoma State University Athlete Agent Policy
- All Athlete agents must act in accordance Oklahoma Uniform Athlete Agents Act (UAAA)(70 O.S. ยง 821.81). The UAAA states an individual shall not act as an athlete agent in Oklahoma without holding a certificate of registration with the state.
- In addition to the UAAA requirements, before contacting an Oklahoma State University student-athlete, an athlete agent is required to submit an OSU Agent Registration Form. This form can be obtained from the OSU Athletics web site or a PDF copy can be sent at the agent's request.
- Once registered and approved by both the Secretary of State and the Office of Athletics Compliance an athlete agent shall send two copies of all correspondence that is sent to OSU student-athletes to the OSU Office of Athletics Compliance. One Copy will be forwarded to the student-athlete and one copy will be reviewed by the Office of Athletics Compliance.
- If an unregistered agent contacts a student-athlete, the agent will first be asked to submit a registration application. In the event contact continues without an application on file, the agent's name will be turned over to the Secretary of State and Attorney General's office.
