2012 OSU Equestrian Advanced Skills Camp

The Oklahoma State coaching staff will be hosting an Advanced Skills camp at the Animal Science Arena in Stillwater, OK on June 12-15, 2012.

Head coach Larry Sanchez brings his 18 years of collegiate coaching experience to the camp along with Associate Head Coach Suzanne Flaig and Assistant Coach Kayla Elmenhorst. Other camp staff members will include current and former Cowgirl team members. Per NCAA rules this camp is open to any female high school student who is entering grades 9 through 12. Registration is limited to the first 30 applicants. Further applications will be kept on file in the order received and given first priority in the event of cancellations. Openings will be filled on a first come, first serve basis and we anticipate the 30 available spots to fill up quickly. Participants will be placed into the camp roster in the order that registration forms and payment are received.

Advanced Skills Camp

The Advanced Skills Equestrian Camp will focus on improving advanced riding skills. Participants will have the opportunity to work on specific riding techniques and learn more about the format of Varsity Equestrian and collegiate riding. Check in will be on June 12 at 1:00pm at the Animal Science Arena. Check out time will be at noon on the last day of camp. Meals and transportation from the dorms to the riding facilities will be provided during camp. Sorry we are not able to provide transportation to and from the airport.

Returned Check Policy:
If a check is returned, the camp director will attempt to contact the account holder to collect payment. If the full cost of attendance has not been received within 60 days of the check being returned, the camp director will turn over the delinquent account to a collection agency and/or the District Attorney’s Office. All returned checks are subject to an additional $25.00 fee. Default on payment will forfeit that campers position and if a waiting list exist, the next in line will be given the opportunity to attend camp.

Cancellations:
In case of a medical emergency, a $500.00 administration fee will be assessed. A doctors note must accompany any request for a medical refund. There will be no refunds for cancellations which occur within one week prior to the first day of camp.
